This agreement and any amendments shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

In no event will either party be liable to anyone for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages or pure economic loss, including lost profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

In the process of placing an order and working with me there is zero tolerance to disrespectful behavior of any kind. In case of violation, I reserve the right to terminate the commission without refund.

I will retain the rights over any artwork made by me.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work on social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character's design.

The final product and any in-progress shots are strictly for personal use only, unless stated otherwise in a mutual agreement signed by both parties. (Commercial use includes, but is not limited to selling as print, promotional material, use on YouTube/Twitch, etc.)

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. This includes use within commercial rights. Please only upload the smaller file publicly, unless otherwise discussed.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, phone or computer wallpaper, and personal website/profile displays.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Trace, paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Prices listed on this website are subject to change, noting that, with all orders previously placed, the price agreed upon ordering will be honored.

A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines. Rush fees start at 25% of the base price and may vary depending on the project and timeframe provided.

A detail fee will be charged for characters with elaborate designs. Detail fees start at 25% of the base price and may vary depending on the character's design.

A design fee of 50% of the base price will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see VII. REVISIONS below).

Any fees will be stated before the transaction.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Payment will take place in full upfront and will be charged in euros (€).

A payment plan can be discussed for any payments above €200.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Payment through direct bank transfer is possible if the customer is based in a country using Euros. Payment will automatically go through Paypal if the customer is not based in a country using Euros.

Payments via Paypal are sent via a payment request, unless otherwise discussed. I will cover the Paypal fees as is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS.

If payment is not made in a timely manner (72h) after I've made a payment request, the commission will be cancelled, unless explicitly discussed otherwise.

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.

I will only send a guaranteed in-progress shot for the sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time.

The sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res images.

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.

A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

Additional major revisions will incur additional fees that will be charged per 30 minutes of work, with an hourly rate stated in the price list.

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions and "excessive".

I will not redraw a completed commission, unless payment is received for a second order.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

If an order gets canceled after payment, before any work has been done, you can get a 100% refund of their payment. In the case of Paypal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees being present, only up to 80% of the original price can be refunded.

If an order gets canceled after the start of any work, no refunds of any payments will be issued. This includes any parts that were paid within a payment plan.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
